Just for the record, I may not workout a gazillion times a day like I did in September, but I have kept up the core routine. I'm really proud of myself! This is a little change I have tried incorporating so many times, but I never stick with it.
In fact, the piece of paper with the core routines listed is 7 or 8 years old. That paper has better staying power than I do, apparently.
But here it is, post Cal International, and I have kept it up to the goal and beyond. Woot woot!
