No Injuries, now now...

oh my gosh, my foot hurts.  it started with my ankle, then it migrated to my big toe and now it is all across my foot.  This is just like high school and I am really not happy about it.  This doesn’t make sense: my mileage is increasing gradually, the workouts are not new or incredibly more intense, my shoes are not old... crap.  I am not happy about this at all.
