Refueling Nutrition


Greg is very concerned about his athletes refueling properly after a workout or long run.  I have been using Hammer Nutrition’s Recoverite and I think it really works.  I used to be spent after a long run, but 3 weeks into the program and my long runs don’t phase me a bit.
